If flowers aren't your cup of tea, a brooch bouquet makes a unique alternative that will last forever. From delicate and vintage to bold and striking, no two are ever the same and each one is designed to capture your personality and showcase the sentimental things you choose to include in it. Here you'll find information about my brooch bouquets, including costs, how to order and some nice little ideas for you to think about.

Price: As each bouquet is completely unique, prices vary depending on the size and shape, however to give you a rough idea and a starting point, your bouquet is likely to start at around £190, depending on the size and shape you'd like and what you'd like included in it. I offer all my brides the chance to pay in instalments to spread the cost if needs be and it's great if you can give me an idea of your budget so I can suggest some ideas that will work for you.

Ordering: So you've got your heart set on a brooch bouquet - great news! The next thing you need to do is get in touch and tell me a little bit about yourself and what you're looking for. Let me know when your wedding date is and an idea of the shape you like and I'll be in touch to chat through some options. Let me know where you're based too so that I can work out shipping and delivery options. If you live locally to Weston Super Mare, you're more than welcome to pop by, have a cup of tea and some cake and talk through your ideas and see some samples and I'm equally happy to travel to you if you're based between Bristol and Taunton, free of charge. Not to worry if you're further afield though as I will call you to talk through your ideas. I love hearing all about your engagement and wedding plans as this helps me to incorporate your personality into your bouquet.

Payment: Once we've talked through your ideas, I'll put together a quote for you and then set up an invoice so that you can pay securely online. I take a non-refundable £50 deposit when you confirm your order to put towards some of the materials and then we can arrange a payment schedule for the remaining amount. If you're paying in instalments, I'll notify you a week before your payment is due so you know when to make payment and you don't have to worry about anything.

How long will it take? The more time I have the better to make sure that I can source all the brooches and jewellery for your bouquet. At least 4 - 6 months notice is fantastic but it's worth getting in touch with me if you've left it a little late as I may still be able to help you out - always worth finding out!

Will you keep me updated on progress? Yes, absolutely! I'm happy to send pictures to you throughout the process if you want to see them but most brides tend to like the surprise at the end.

Can I add my own jewellery? Yes, and I really encourage you to as well if you can as it makes your bouquet that little bit more sentimental. It's a lovely way of remembering loved ones who are no longer with you. Here are a few ideas you could use for your bouquet:

Go bold with striking blues and rich golds

Ask each member of your family or your friends to donate a bead or button to your bouquet - that way they'll be accompanying you down the aisle. Better yet, get your maid of honour to coordinate everyone and you can guess who donated each piece after the wedding;

Include an old watch from one of your parents or grandparents - I'll set it to the time of your wedding and display it in a prominent position;

If you have a particular theme, for example Alice in Wonderland, I can make characters for you out of clay and set them in your bouquet;

And if you're wondering what to do for your bridesmaids and don't have the budget to stretch to a brooch bouquet for each of them, I can make wrist corsages to coordinate with your bouquet so all your girls can sparkle with you. I'll combine an element from each of their corsages into your bouquet as well. Prices start from £40.
